Much like certain European bureaucrats, we all tend to think of the West as a garden. Inside the garden there is civilization, security, and progress. Outside of the garden, in regions known as the Global South or the Third World, there is chaos, destruction, and political instability. But our guest today says that may all be soon changing with the onset of something previously unheard of in the West: civil war.
