To the dismay of his supporters, Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange has been denied bail and will remain in custody pending Washington's appeal on his extradition. A UK court turned down the US request on Monday over concerns that Assange would commit suicide. Assange's legal team hasn't given up though, saying they're going to appeal Wednesday's decision.
