The suspect who beheaded a teacher in France is revealed to be an 18-year-old Chechen man, who was born in Moscow, and had been living in France as a refugee. He was shot dead by police not far from the crime scene. Fighting continues between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh region, despite both sides agreeing a ceasefire a week ago. Shells have also rained down on areas away from the disputed territory with civilian casualties reported in Azeri cities.
