Black Lives: Illusion

Black children often grow up in single parent families headed by teenage mothers in poverty. In Episode 6, RTD meets a teenage dad caught up in drug dealing and a newly single mother who lost her livelihood after her car broke down. These young parents want to give their children a better life, but breaking the cycle isn’t easy.
